Dear ChaiFlicks,
I paid for the web version with my MasterCard and it was working fine for a couple of weeks. For the last week, I can log in but I can no longer view content.
The platform is also telling me I am signed up via Amazon, which is 100% not the case, especially since the Amazon account associated with my email has long been inactive.
When I look for support, I dig and I can only find random email addresses and these message boards.
Kind of a bad system and really disappointing service.
