I am 80 years old. I subscribed to Chaiflix through paypal for two years a few days ago and I cannot get it on my TV. It thinks I live in Quebec but I live in Thornhill Ontario. It does not work. Please refund my money. My family have tried to help me but it does not work.
I have a similar problem to Mr Bloch. The offer in the UK is extremely limited compared to the USA although the price is the same. I did not wish to renew till 2025 but the money was taken from my card anyway without any prior notice. Frankly I feel as if I have been scammed.
