The accessibility of our service is important to us. We are actively looking at ways to enable closed captioning, although we don't have a solution to this just yet.
As you mentioned, most of our content is foreign language and therefore has English subtitles built in to the video. We are aware there is an issue with English language content, where subtitles may not always be available.
