I purchased a 1 month gift subscription for a friend. The month is now up and I want to extend it for 1 year. She is getting dunned for billing information, but I am the one who wants to pay. When I enter her name on the gift section I get a response that she is already a subscriber. There is no place to get help on this website that doesn't fall into your pre set categories. So please help! I emailed you about 5 days ago and never received a reply.
