I don't see any place on this site where I can ask a questions that doesn't fit any category in FAQs etc. It's very frustrating. One recent example is I was trying to search for Season 3 in Checkout. When I typed into the "Search" box -"Checkout" it returned only 3 episodes from season 2 ! I tried this a few times over multiple days, and got the same results. I saw no way to pose a question to Chaiflicks personnel, etc. Today all of a sudden the search worked as it was supposed to. Even posting this here is odd vs asking the Chaiflicks tech support....All in all "frustrating and annoying"
