Hello, We have a smart TV, but I have no idea how to set up ChaiFlicks, so we can watch. I want to be like my other services, where I just have to push a button and say Netflix or Amazon Prime etc. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I reached out to ChaiFlicks and they did not respond

Hi Shelly - not sure what happened with previous messages and appreciate your patience. Could you send me a quick note to the address below, so I have your address and can respond personally?

As other users have mentioned, we have apps available for most smart TVs and streaming devices, so you should be able to easily stream ChaiFlicks on your TV.

Shelly. I have a Smart TV and use Xfinity but Chaiflicks is not one of their channels. I have a Roku (love it) and there is a Chaiflicks channel there . IF you have a Roku just ass the Chaiflicks channel. I hope this helps. I'm just a Chaiflicks customer like you.

Hi Shelly. I have a Samsung smart TV and to get Chaiflicks, from the home menu I selected Apps and then searched for Chaiflicks. I downloaded the Chaiflicks app and then followed the instructions to activate it. If you do not have a Samsung tv I suggest you Google how to get Chaiflicks on your particular tv.
