I just resubscribed and unfortunately was quickly reminded of a critical issue with content. The subtitles are in white text with no background and often they're either difficult or just impossible to read (especially notice this in trying to watch "Kosher Beach" where the white subtitles appear on top of images of light-colored beach sand.)
Most other subtitles I see these days are either in a dark box so they're always visible or automatically change color based on the background image.
Hope you can upgrade your technology on this because it really is more than just a minor annoyance.

Well, since I've gone down the negative-nelly path, thought I'd continue and mention there's also sometimes an issue with poor translations. In "Checkout," Ramzi makes a joke based on saying the phrase "Para para" (literally "cow, cow" but meaning 'slowly and carefully'). He says it should be "Tofu, tofu" for vegans. But since the subtitles just translated it as "Slowly," anyone not knowing "Para para" would miss it...
