I just resubscribed and unfortunately was quickly reminded of a critical issue with content. The subtitles are in white text with no background and often they're either difficult or just impossible to read (especially notice this in trying to watch "Kosher Beach" where the white subtitles appear on top of images of light-colored beach sand.)
Most other subtitles I see these days are either in a dark box so they're always visible or automatically change color based on the background image.
Hope you can upgrade your technology on this because it really is more than just a minor annoyance.
(P.S., I'm accessing the service through Amazon's Fire TV Stick)
I agree this is an issue with some. Personally YELLOW is MY preferred subtitle color. I'm not sure it's Chaiflicks decision on subtitle color - unless it's a Menemha film. I looked at Kosher Beach and didn't have a big problem for most of it on my PC and my Roku. Again, maybe Chaiflicks will answer better. Just my 2 cents.
