use the chaiflicks android app. that should do it.
Or, invest in a $25 Roku Express. So easy, there is a Chaflix channel and the greatAll Arts Channel (FREE)

Does your tv have a "casting" or "mirroring" option? If so you can "send" it to your tv from your computer while playing. If not, and you have a free hdmi input on your tv, get an inexpensive Roku stick, plug it into the hdmi and follow easy instructions.
Then you can search for the Chaiflicks channel on Roku (they carry it), add it and then use your Chaiflicks sign on on the CF page and start watching the CF content on your television.
There are hundreds and hundreds of streaming channels on Roku. Free to add the channels to Roku, but the only thing you pay is the sub you already have with each channel you load.
I abandoned my Roku box since both my Sony and my Hisense TVs have access to Chaiflix and you can find them by searching your apps. I used to have a Samsung TV, and it had access to a bunch of channels way ahead of other TVs, so I suspect that to be so nowadays.

I don't think Chaiflicks has a download option because it is a steaming app, and I watch Chaiflicks on my tv with a Roku stick stuck in the back and just search for then load the Chaiflicks onto the Roku main screen, because Roku carries Chaiflicks as one of their channel options..
