Ten years after Ronit met her biological mother in Paris, she attempts to find ways to maintain a meaningful relationship with the woman who came to Israel from Paris in 1956, gave birth to her and gave her up for adoption. In a series of encounters with adoptees and their biological mothers, Ronit sets out to investigate the meaning of blood relationships, shattering many myths associated with adoption.
