Dirty Bomb
Signing his own death wish, a concentration camp prisoner (Ido Samuel, "We Were The Lucky Ones", "FBI: International", "Fill the Void") sabotages the construction of the V-2 bomb against the Nazi's, while American soldiers struggle to advance against the Germans.
Directed by Valerie McCaffrey with intensity and emotional depth, Dirty Bomb is both a suspenseful war drama and a deeply personal tale of courage. The film is notable for how it tackles a historical truth that is rarely depicted onscreen—the use of forced labor by the Nazis in their weapons program. The cinematography, performances, and tight pacing elevate the short beyond typical war storytelling, grounding it in raw humanity and quiet heroism.
